About the event

In this workshop you'll learn how to observe and articulate flavors in coffee. We’ll use a coffee flavor wheel as a guide to move from broader taste categories into more specific descriptors like fruits, florals, nuts, sugars, and spices. As we go through each step, you'll sample different coffees and participate in tasting exercises that emphasize sensory analysis and how to interpret observations into useful flavor profiles.
